Ben McGloin
DIRECTOR
Ben is a highly motivated civil engineer with over ten years of experience on a range of major projects. He has held senior positions as Operations Manager and Project Manager for a number of projects and has a sound grasp on the operational management of a business. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is able to confidently build, lead, develop and motivate a team, develop and implement long-term strategies and objectives, apply best practice corporate governance and manage the risk appetite of a business.
Ben excels at critical thinking and problem solving which has led him into alternative dispute resolution where he practises as both a registered Adjudicator and Mediator.
Paul Baker

Experienced Project Manager with a demonstrated history of successfully delivering a diverse range of large-scale civil infrastructure projects. His ability to shape and inspire teams and those around him has made him a leader in Project Management and Business Management in the Construction Industry.
