Ben is a highly motivated civil engineer and director with over 15 years of experience across a range of major projects. Serving as a director of McGloin Baker, he has also held senior positions as operations manager, bid manager and project manager for many projects. Ben possesses a solid understanding of business operational management and governance being a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is adept at confidently building, leading, mentoring, and motivating teams.

He excels at developing and implementing long-term strategies and objectives, as well as setting and managing a business’s risk appetite. He is committed to continuous learning which has honed his critical thinking and problem-solving skills and extend his knowledge of Law in construction. These strengths have led him to complete a Master of Construction Law and specialize in alternative dispute resolution, where he practices as both a registered adjudicator and mediator.

Paul is a decisive and inclusive leader with extensive experience in project and business management, specializing in civil infrastructure. Chartered in both civil engineering and cost engineering, with significant expertise in tendering, budget estimation, and take-offs for local and heavy infrastructure across the Northern Rivers, Paul combines technical acumen with the ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams.

His proven track record of project success has established him as a leader in construction project management and estimating.
